The railway normally opens twice per year to the public, 2nd weekend in June and 3 day August Bank Holiday.
However sadly due to Covid-19 virus, along with all other gatherings we have cancelled all our 2020 events. The railway will be on a very limited care and maintenance package to avoid social contact between members with much work from home in own workshops etc although we have on site security presence. As soon as we get the clearance from government to resume work we will be back and will advise when we can open to the public again.
In the mean time can we please urge all our friends and supporters to follow government guidelines and ensure we can all return to normal routines in the shortest possible time.
